Smoked Planchette

Ingredients:
Mackerel: Gaspesian fresh mackerel fillet naturally smoked with maple wood, salt and pepper with lemon.
Cod: Gaspesian fresh cod, naturally smoked with maple wood, salt and brown sugar.
Turbot: Gaspesian fresh turbot, naturally smoked with maple wood, salt and brown sugar.
Salmon: Gaspesian fresh salmon, naturally smoked with maple wood, salt and brown sugar.

Description:
Four varieties of hot smoked fish served on a board. Once defrosted, ready to eat.

Defrosting method:
Take the product out of the box, put it in cold water for about 30 minutes and let it thaw. Ready to eat.
